FAQs

What if I can’t make it on the day?
No problem. There's a virtual ticket option available for you. You can sit from the comfort of your own home and stream all the live speakers. Also, all ticket holders (in-person and virtual) will receive lifetime access to the full event recordings.
Is Lunch Included?
Unlimited tea, coffee, water and small snacks are included. Lunch is not. On site, there is a restaurant and a Starbucks where you can purchase some lunch items. You are also more than welcome to bring your own packed lunch. Alternatively, there's other options close by like Costa Coffee.
When and where is the event happening?
The summit will take place on Wednesday 5th November 2025. The venue is The Village Hotel Glasgow, 7 Festival Gate, Pacific Dr, Glasgow G51 1DB
Is There Free Parking?
We have arranged free parking for our attendees. The car parking at the hotel is limited and will be on a first come, first serve basis. If you cannot park at the hotel there are other options close by. Public transport links are also great for the location if you wish to explore that. 
Can I upgrade from virtual to in-person later?
Yes – as long as in-person tickets are still available. Email us on susan@scottishmarketingsummit.com to arrange the switch.
Is The Venue Accessible?
Yes. There are no stairs into the venue itself and our room is on the ground floor. If you have any additional needs that need supporting during the event, please email Susan on Susan@scottishmarketingsummit.com to discuss and we will do our best to accommodate.
Is This Just For Online Businesses?  
Nope! It’s for anyone who wants to get seen, heard, and paid, including local, product-based, and service businesses
Coming Alone - Will I Feel Awkward?  
Not at all. Most attendees come solo, and we’ve built in natural ways to chat, connect, and feel welcome. You won’t be left standing in the corner
Will there be networking opportunities??
Absolutely. We’ve built in plenty of time during breaks and lunch for you to connect with other attendees as well as our sponsors and exhibitors. 
Can I Become A Sponsor?
